THX for the link but to use the new .zip i have to unlock the bootloader, right? Because motofail wont work on JB 4.1.2., right? ID like to find a way to root without ordering an unlockkey from motorola because i wont lose my waranty. So is there a option to do it without unlocked bootloader on JB?

the droid razr m and droid razr hd are similar, but not sure. worst that could happen is the root attempt would fail.

It dont matter what method you use... you can always unroot.Is there a way to unroot using this method?

Nope. Rsd and sbf files are your unrooting tools.

actually both the Superuser and the SuperSU have an option to full unroot and you can than delete the app manually...Nope. Rsd and sbf files are your unrooting tools.
