I'm no Noob, but I used to be... Back in the Droid 1 days, then with the Droid X. Now, day before yesterday, I got this gem. I have searched and can't fine RazrBootstrap or SafeStrap apps in the market... Where do I get one, or both of them? Which one do you guys recommend?

I used to be a hard bootstrapper but I'd go Safestrap. Just Google Safestrap Droidrzr.com. I'm on my phone so I can't provide a link

Safestrap: You will need this if you plan on flashing a custom ROM along with any leak.
Must have apps:
ROM Toolbox Pro - Needs root
MyBackup Pro - Needs root
Chrome - Root not needed - ICS Required
Flipboard - Root not needed
Currents - Root not needed

I don't have an ICS leak installed yet, so I installed the 1.09 version of SafeStrap, and have it working. I have made a nandroid backup of my system. If I install an ICS leak now, can I go back to the original system by using the SafeStrap? Is it really THAT easy? Do you think that if I install the leak, I will still get the OTA when it comes out, or will I have to be on GB for that?

FoxFi worked just fine for me on the new OTA for the Razr. Used it all last night.
