Has anyone been able to install any themes on this ROM? If so what is the workflow to do so and where did you get 'em?

no getting the best battery life on rc4. also some random times the sound will stop working. a reboot fixes this but sort of inconvenient.

I use cobalt donate from play store. Installed using the theme manager in the system settings. Works on all versions so far. If you get an error that the theme was not compiled properly, apply the stock theme and reboot. Then apply your favorite theme and reboot again. Hope this helps

I did have a random reboot on rc5 (install after full wipe).  Really didn't feel like messing around so jumped back to stock for now.

RC5, Particular Nightly, what?

Follow up to random reboot on RC5.  I deleted and created a new slot 1 for the 6/11 nightly.  After formatting system and wiping both caches, installing 6/11 nightly and gapps, rewiping caches, I encountered another random reboot.  It did so as it was restoring apps from the Google backup.

 

Oh well.  Not having much luck with CM10.1 lately. 

 

EDIT:

Second random reboot.  Google was still restoring apps and I just opened the Settings, System menu.

I get a reboot every time I uninstall an app. Doesn't matter if I'm doing it from the device settings or from Google Play Store.

Is there anyone not having problems. I'm having problems with my phone on all ROMS and kinda think it IS my phone.

I know mine will OC bit doesn't like it and switching it to 1000 seems to help.

Actually my current set CPU (don't always use it unless clocking back to 1000) at 1200 on hotplug and noop (first time using those combos) has been a pretty great experience. I set that up last night when phone was annoying me again.

I sometimes wonder which app could be causing it and generally only install the one's I like and use the most. But completely resetting my phone and running stock sometimes seems sketchy.

Anyway, today has been a great day on stock. But I'd prefer CM or AOKP--feels and looks more like my N7

I use the 5/29 nightly as a daily driver and I have no problems. I have tried all of the rc's with something wierd always happening and keep going back to the 5/29 build

Uptime on 6/11 for me reaching 24hrs with no issues that I've found yet. <Fingers Crossed>.

 

PS...I'm on a 5 slot, Rev A. Maybe this is something we should look at when comparing issues?

I have discovered that nova launcher was causing lag and system not responding errors and random reboots. Switched to adw and all problems have disappeared. Even on rc's... Might help you if you're having trouble.

I'm trying out rc5 and love it most of the time, but it tends to bog down quickly. I have found a battery pull and waiting for a few minutes help. Anyone else?

I've been using this rom all week and wifi tether works perfectly. I'm still on the 3-10-2013 nightly on it's working on slot 2. Thank you so much for this rom
