I'll have to try ADWex next time I give a ROM a go. My phone has been weird on everything I've flashed. Not sure what it is and haven't felt like HoBing back (mostly because my laptop is usually in service at work nowadays).

I have been using nova for a while and got tired of the weirdness after the 5/29 nightly and decided to try a different launcher. I had bought adw ex a while ago, installed it and every build since has run flawlessly. Currently running 6/14 nightly. Never tried the stock trebuchet since I already own nova and adw and have backups of my favorite desktops. Just throwing out there that if you are having problems with this rom, it could be other software, particularly software like a launcher that is always using resources.

I saw the posts elsewhere about incognito mode being included in CM nightly builds. Just curious, but is it already included in the most recent nightlies? I understand that it won't be in the stable releases yet, but I think it would be cool to play with. If it isn't in the nightlies yet, does anyone have any idea as to when it would be included? or even a link to more information about it?

Just tried the 6/19 nightly in a freshly created slot 1, full wipe.  Success.  No problems encountered yesterday.  Now I'm unable to enable wifi (ghosted in settings, no action from toggles).  It worked yesterday.

shoot. I tried it and it didn't. Failed running the script. Is it stable from then on or is it a script you have to run once in a while?

Should be 1 time only. Sorry for late reply. With my daughters. You'll probably need to enter wifical.sh twice in terminal. Meaning enter command, hit return, wait for it to run, then enter it again.

Edit. I see couple of people posting they have to enter it every time they reboot at least. I'm not experiencing that.

As of 2 or 3 days ago, whenever I turn my phone off and back on it takes me to the initial Welcome screen and justs asks for my language and name. Then it takes me to my homescreen where everything is reset and all of my apps are there, but also reset or some of them will "un-update" including play services.

Anyone else having this issue? I'm on RC4 and I can't download RC5 yet because my data connection where I am for the summer is way too slow. RC4 was installed fresh.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like something was fixed in the 6/23 update for wifical.sh: moved to system service to avoid sysinit not mounted issue.

Hopefully this will help with your wifi issue.

Is hashcode or dhacker commenting/allowed a go-between to comment anywhere? CM doesn't have info, this site doesn't have official thread, a few other places I trust don't have any new info...

I don't expect or ask anything from dhacker or hashcode, but were I not to know them from the last few years I don't know where I'd send someone for current background.

Also, it's dhackers bday.

edit: deleting slot1 and remaking it worked.

Maybe we'll get the speed from rc3/4 back in one of the M releases, but with all the kinks worked out :)
