My flash is not synced properly to my camera when taking pictures does anyone else have this issue? The flash works but by the time the picture is taken its too late and the pictures are dark

Almost ... one thing about ROMS just like in ICS some of them cant be updated for some reason like Google Now (search) says there is an update, but play store wont allow it.
Read somewhere about using a system app remover, I would HATE to uninstall it, and still not be able to download the new update ... I did disable it .. but wouldnt update.
Do you know if it can be uninstalled and updated ... I try not to make "permanent" moves without researching first .. lol

I removed the Google apps that were failing to update and reinstalled from store, worked just fine here.

Supposidly it doesn't actually do anything, the CyanogenMod team debunked it. But if you want, just pull the apk file from 5 and still install it in 6!

I'm new to the rom slots with safestrap, in upgrading from 5 to 6 .... do I need to go through all the same steps, wipe several times, and wipe system and all that ... or just wipe the cache and overwrite this ... just curious .. want to do it right the first time :-)

Huh. MIGHT have been placebo effect but I'd as much as guarantee that I saw a difference.

Your screen will rotate all the way around.

The stock tether app now works with out the need to do the hack.

Any idea whether a full wipe/flash, then restoring a backup of /data would work?

Never restore data from a system app.
You'll probably be OK restoring data from a user app (one you downloaded from the Play Store). However if the phone starts to act funky, then before you 'complain' you should do a complete wipe and reflash without restoring any data.

If you have to do a full wipe, go the extra step & delete/recreate the ROM slot. That's what I did & had no issues.
Did notice one thing though. On rls5 I had to use a larger slot size than what I normally use. On rls6 I could maintain the usual size w/o issue.
