Just an fyi, I used the gapps recommended for cm 10.2 (android 4.3.0) because the one for CM11 from their wiki doesn't flash. Up and running on CM 11 and no issues so far

I thought I've seen something about a gps fix, but I can't seem to find it. Am I just going crazy or did I look over it?

Well, just full wiped and reflashed several times. First my WiFi was messed up, got that working with a minor workaround (static IP assignments). Then everything started force closing. Then when I tried reflashing again my keyboard wouldnt work. Back in stock moto. Had a nice time flashing with CM, but I'm just getting tired of the issues. Going to stick with stock until my upgrade date in March and get a galaxy note 3.

I've already found some nice ROMs for the Note 3. Wonder if I should keep my RAZR just to mess around with? There's such a great dev community with this phone I'm loathe to part with it! And there's no better experience than CM... Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk

Well Hello thar Adevos-

Hope your doing Awesome!

Now,

Let's Talk...This ROM is Awesome...Very Stable...Not Perfect but its one of my Daily Drives good Buddy...

Noting your issues is Not my Experience...This many issues their is a possibility of Steps missing for a close to Seemless experience...

Couple of things to think about...

  • Create a New Slot
  • Wipe Both Caches-Wipe Factory-Wipe System
  • Flash you ROM
  • Gapp
  • Reboot
  • Note, if your changing to different Themes and you Don't Wipe for each New Themes...
  • Yes, you will have Conflicts...
  • We Forget to Wipe Caches Flashing New Themes.

Not being a Wise rear end but I do not have any Issues your disclosing with this ROM..Now, Gummy my Issues their is Lock ups...but still a Dailey Drive..

Reflash...Start from Ground Zero again and you will become a Stable performer with this ROM...

Its Awesome...IMO   No Issues

I hear you dude,

This is by far the best ROM out there in my opinion. I used an earlier version of CM for months without a hiccup. I think my phone is just $#!+ting the bed. I've had all sorts of problems with my internal storage. Also, every time I flash anything I create new slot, full wipes and everything. I think this is just a more serious problem affecting my ROM.

This was not meant to be a knock on the ROm in any way. I can't stand stock, and the CM experience has been the ideal android experience in every way. I wish the phone manufacturers and carriers would realize this! I'm just tried of dealing with the issues caused by whatever isolated problem is affecting me alone. I have full wiped/reslotted/rewiped/reinstalled everything so many times now I just need a break.

There is a ROM out there that might knock your socks and would be worth you trying. It had been my only daily driver for months. You get the stability and signal of stock with a hefty amount of mods added in. Might not be appropriate for me to just say the name. Ask Bubba. He knows what my ROM of choice is.

I'm on the 1/20 nightly (outdated I know!) but is there a way to fix the no APN on this device without rebooting? My APN menu is grayed out.

Or is this fixed in later nightlies? I've been planning on updating just been busy.
