I have had the issue once with no ROMs booting. Go in to the Wipe Data menu and instead of choosing factory reset, wipe EVERYTHING but SD Card. Internal storage, data, system, both caches. All of it. Then flash your ROM/Gapps, same queue is fine.

It worked!!!, Thanks!!!

For the record, it booted somewhere between 10 and 20 minutes (for the first time at least)...

But I am stuck at the book animation and still waiting for it to boot into system, it needs 30mins?

I had tried to change the data partition to ext4 type already, it does not help

Really appreciate your quick reply.

Also run 'check filesystem' on each partition. For me, this was the golden ticket. My standard procedure now is

1. Factory resert 2x
2. Format caches, system, data, internal (don't forget to backup your pictures!!)
3. Factory reset, again
4. Check filesystem
5. Flash

For the record, it booted somewhere between 10 and 20 minutes (for the first time at least)...

After 2 days of experimenting, installing apps etc.:

-phone hang about 3 times - mostly on accessing recently used app list (only reboot helped)

-this morning it started to reboot by itself and hung on the boot loop when I was switching off the bluetooth - ended up flashing again.

===

Now that I did not try to restore data from Google account - looks much more stable

A few questions about BlissPop:

-when I set the ringtone from SD card (located in media/Ringtones and selectable from settings), the default ringtone rang whatever I do - I could set my ringtone only after copying it to the device, strangely, notification tone was working from SD, though notification was .ogg and ringtone was .mp3. Also setting mp3 ringtones from SD works on individual contacts - only doesn't on default ringtone...

-I couldn't get to customize the LED blinking for charging - only completely off or on - options to select duration and frequency of blinking were grayed-out

-Battery estimator seems to blame everything on cell standby - even after 30min video chat in skype over the wi fi  it still claims that all my power was used by cell standby - not critical, but definitely not working...

Are these known issues? Is this the right thread to post them?

Is there any way to bring the unlock pattern to the main lock screen, so that I wouldn't have to slide and then enter pattern?
