Had a glitch making calls after loading the downloadable file then deleting it. A reboot seems to have fixed it

Hmmm, just made two calls... I don't think those incidents are related.

Dude, that battery saver script made my battery life horrible lol. My phone wasn't even used for 5 of those hours.

I don't know what's going on... are you still using the older version of the script? I don't think that would matter, but...I've seen improvement.

Could be possible for me. Let me try it with the most recent script you have posted, and I'll report back.

I am using the downloaded version of the battery saver and am 5 hours with 85% left. No huge use today but been using it off and on. It's not running me down for sure.

Okay, three people means the script definitely needs to change. I'm going to take out and put in a lot of values with this one. In other words, a big update

I'm running the most recent version of the script, on .211 and simplexrom rc1.1, at 1 hour and 41 min's i'm at 75% battery with moderate use, along with using juice defender.

I apologize that I was not more explicit. I meant that I did not think it was bad. My razr was at 85% after 5 hours. I too use Juice Defender. I did not think that was such a bad battery drain. I was not saying it was killing my battery. 15% after 5 hours does not seem that bad to me on the razr. That would make it on schedule to run roughly a little over 30 hours.

You didn't do anything wrong. I"m not sure if it's my fault, the file uploaders fault or something that a file goes through on the way, but if you use the downloadable file the formatting gets messed up and that breaks the script. So just use the text, create a new file and paste the text in. Then do everything you've been doing, it'll work then.

tried this and it still doesnt work, as much as i want it to

I used the updated script, not the download.

I copied all the script into a .txt file
Changed the file extension from .txt to .sh and placed the script on the internal sdcard
Opened script manager, selected the script and select SU and At Boot
The result was what happened in a 9 hour period, my phone was on but completely unused for 5 of those hours. Essentially I only got 4 hours of use out of my phone.

As you're getting error logs on ROM Toolbox, you're missing the last step, just reboot. Then it'll work.

Yeah, the script is going to undergo some changes in the next few days.

Great. Can we use setcpu with these tweaks? Or no need

The performance script already sets the CPU Governor as hotplug or hotplugx and and the I/O scheduler as noop or SIO. So underclocks are still welcome.
