What I mean by the code is the text, not the downloadable file. Hmm, just benched in Antutu, I got 6451, what ROM are you on? Do you have any underclock settings? A lot of the new stuff in the script, like new minfree values and OOM values don't effect bench scores, they just improve RAM management and multitasking.

Ahh, gotcha. I'll have to try the text when I get home (haven't checked to see what's different between the text and the downloadable .txt files, yet.

Running Liquidsmooth 1.5. Only thing I've changed is the governor -- to hotplug. No over/under clocking/volting.

Script should be on the root of the SD right. After reboot the script disappears, Ive run many scripts and they always stay visable with the SU and Gear icon to the left.

Doesn't matter where the script is, it will run correctly no matter what. Make sure you're hitting "save" then hitting "exit", that could be the problem.

The edited values are already in the script, it was just a little mess up on my part and is fixed now.

Yes, stock, Liquid, Arctic... Any ROM that doesn't have in init.d scripts that mess with values set by the script

If I want to use the battery script, should I be downloading the file or do I need to copy the code and put it in a file?

I've looked at both and there are differences.

When the battery scrips has been updated? I ran it the day before yesterday and gave me lots of errors. Has it been fixed since?

Using the code, I'll make them the same now.

Performance, It saves some battery also but is mainly for performance.

Yes, if you remove the script, then reboot, the stock settings will be in place.

Are there links to the files? Or do we just copy/paste ans create them.

EDIT: Nevermind. Just didn't see them on my phone.

i dropped the performace script in the root of my internal sd and set up smanager to run the script as su at boot. rebooted.

looking at the onboot log in smanager I am greeted by all errors: no such file or directory etc.

so I double check the script and look for the changes that were to be made and none of them stuck.

what could I have done wrong?

You didn't do anything wrong. I"m not sure if it's my fault, the file uploaders fault or something that a file goes through on the way, but if you use the downloadable file the formatting gets messed up and that breaks the script. So just use the text, create a new file and paste the text in. Then do everything you've been doing, it'll work then.

Had a glitch making calls after loading the downloadable file then deleting it. A reboot seems to have fixed it
