Recently I bought Motorola Razr Maxx HD XT926 and  I need to know how I can unlock the boot-loader  and root it so that I can put a different ROM on this handset.  Here Im attaching the screenshot of my system specs. Any suggestions?

There is a good chance of neither one being accomplished .... although the chances of obtaining root are a degree better than chances of unlocking.....

9.30.1 and 9.18.94 are the same update ..... :/ .... they have their "reasons" for the different numbering.... but we have seen the same thing on previous updates.... 2 different numbers for basically the same update.....

So i understand there is no way to root with 9.30.1 and 9.18.94. I have the 9.18.94 verison and was wondering if there was a way to uninstall the update using RSDlite and go back to a previous build?

No, because the security has been upgraded, so you cannot go back....
