when i am on the CM9 boot does anyone notice the freezing when it boots?

Think I read somewhere that benchmarks may be lowered by Project Butter but, real world performance will be improved. That's been my experience thus far.

Yep. Every single time. Always boots though, without a hitch.

If anyone wants to explain how to install Restore Connectivity Settings, it'd be greatly appreciated.

I pushed it to /system/app, changed the permissions to rwxrwxrwx just to try to get it to work, and it wouldn't do anything, even after clearing cache and dalvik cache.

I also tried to force it with MobileGo, but MobileGo returned an error stating that the APK was incomplete.

Any help would be great!

I booted into NON safe and restore connect app installed fine.. I backed up with tibu and tried to restore but Didnt work...

That shouldn't be the problem then, although I personally recommend moving forward to the .215. It just feels better all the way around to me. Anyway...

Tell me how and what you wiped prior to flashing. I wiped Cache, Dalvik cache, Data and System before I flashed.

You should also scrap that current CM10 zip and download a fresh one before you flash again, just in case you got a effed up download the first time.

@crpp2401... Wish I could help you man but, I did nothing special and I (as well as others) have posted numerous methods to gain 4g on droidhive, which only seem to work for a select few so, I'm clueless as to how to help! lol
