so i downloaded 1.4 on my mac put it in the terminal checked the md5 and they both match so i am wondering if the ota updater needs to be fixed i dont know i am a noob all i do know is that the md5 matches i will try to flash the old fashion way

I want Beats Audio and I Love How Theres Updates every minute lol its nice to kno u puttin in hard work and ive been haveing random freezing problem and i have to to do the keypress to reboot may need fixing

Are you using the over clock scripts? A developing pattern is the folks having freeze ups tend to be overclocked. And there are also a lot of people who are OC'd with 0 issues. I don't know what the deal with that is.

I am considering $hit canning the OTA updater thing until they get their issues ironed out because the MD5 thing is getting on my nerves. I'm gonna go onto their IRC 1 last time and see if they can tell me what the hell is wrong with it and it not, then back to old fashioned updates, unfortunately.

so can i do it manually like this put the update on my ext sd card and then Wipe Cache and under Advanced>Wipe Dalvik Cache reboot and can i profit

To the guys getting MD5 errors, can you do me this one favor.

Download the ROM OTA, then plug the phone into your computer and transfer the downloaded rom onto your computer.
Then, check the MD5 on the download against the one I am providing in the OP and tell me if they match or not

after it gives me the error it does not save it in my view downloaded roms in the ota

i would if the OTA updater let the file on my phone.. it seems to delete it before i can test it.

I manual download 1.4 off the OP's and its working prefecto

would u ever concider SOFT Keys? and idk anything about overclocking so i left that stuff alone idk y im getting random freezes

Yeah, I would keep it on my computer as a backup in case you ever need it for some reason, I always keep copies of backups and stuff. But there's no need for it to be on your SD card anymore.

It's funny you mention that, I was gonna make a soft key flashable zip for this rom. I personally, don't like soft keys but I'm not against making it an option for people who enjoy them!
