If the old version is in the system apps, you could boot into safestrap wipe cache/dalvik and reflash. That should fix it.

I would pm the dev and ask. If you wiped the cache and dalvik and reflashed the ROM with the 1.2.5 apex launcher as the system app, it should have worked.

It's a system app. try to just reflash the rom without wiping data.

Apex is really pissing people off today

Try to reflash the rom, Apex is built in as a system app. When this happened to me this morning I was able to get back into the Play Store and uninstall Apex (mind you it won't uninstall the version that came with the Rom).

I wouldn't worry about it all that much. My Jelly Bean CM10 is coming out in less than an hour. ;)

Hai, I want to say that this is awesome and fast and will probably be my new daily driver. I have one little problem though: I cannot make calls, I hit the little call button.. it says its calling.. but no ringing or anything.
Any ideas?

PATIENCE IS KEY WITH JEKYLL ON INITIAL BOOT
Once you boot for the first time BE PATIENT: Because Jekyll has a boat load in script and gidgets and wizzards going on during first boot, it may appear to be black screening on you. SIT TIGHT. While I admit the first boot does take a retarded amount of time, it's only the first time that I've noticed.

YOU MUST WIPE EVERYTHING IF COMING FROM JEKYLL KEXEC. THIS COULD CAUSE PROBLEMS OF UNIMAGINABLE PROPORTIONS. DON'T TRY TO CHEAT, WIPE!

Anyone else been experiencing the black screen on reboots? I've noticed the black screen the most when performing a hard reset, power + down volume.

If in the Theme Changer, yes any theme made for the Theme Manger will work just fine.

Anybody having issues with their device locking up and freezing? I'm on the Scalpel ROM, which is similar to this ROM, so I figured I'd ask the question here since the Scalpel thread isn't as active.
