Since it has been almost 2 years since I did this dance last I figured I'd ask and see how people are migrating their data to new phones. The tried and true method for me was always root+TitaniumBackup. Is that still the best way? I'm going from Bionic /w Stock ICS (rooted) to HD MAXX.

If you upgraded an existing android to a new RAZR HD how did you migrate your data?
