Reboot your computer. You may have to delete the fastboot drivers from your computer and plug in the phone while in fastboot to install them again. Im not familiar with vista but try right clicking on rsd lite and run as administrator. If you dont know how to delete the drivers let us know.

Hi!

I deleted the device from "device managing" and replugged the phone in debugging mode so ADB drivers were reinstalled. Then, I had RSD Lite open and I saw it recognized my phone (it was even showing my IMEI and the model, XT910), but it doesn't when in AP Fastboot. The only thing it shows is the "connected" status. Do you have any clue of why it's not working?

When you plug in your phone when in ap fastboot does it ask you to install the drivers? If you deleted the drivers it should download them an ask you to install them after you plug it in. Can you tell me what step 6 is when it stops?

Sorry I didn't reply before, I've been out for Christmas.

After deleting the drivers and plugging back my phone, Windows started to install them once again. Then, I checked my device administration tab and saw my phone was connected as an ADB interface device which I assumed it was what expected.

When the flashin process fails (Step 6/20), the program says : Failed flashing process. 6/20 flash cdt.bin "cdt.bin_signed"-> Phone returned FAIL.

During the first 5 steps, it's like my phone is disconnecting and reconnecting to the PC (I keep hearing the "plugging" beep on Windows). I don't know if this has something to do...
