The ROM is great and I'm amazed by it's speed and fluidity. So much better than CM12, I mean, I can't even compare. My only criticism goes to the dark theme. First of all, I do think it's great actually, I prefer this dark theme than the default colors of LP. But it has so many inconsistencies all over the place which ruins all the experience for me. For example, take a look into the next images:

MPMDwG4.jpg

In the left side there's the contacts app, I barely can read the names of my contacts with this color. In the right side, there's the YouTube app settings, and this happens in almost every app settings. Inconsistencies. I know that it's awful to criticize something made for free, but these are my own perspectives about this ROM, and it seems other users are complaining against it too. Although, I'm very glad and pleased by the effort put in this build. So, thank you.

How many days have you been on AOD?
How many apps you installed?

Yeah. I haven't gotten to hit those areas just yet. When I get some free time going to blast Contacts, Phone, MMS, and some other thing I missed.

Thanks.

Me too.that's the only thing keeping me from flashing this great build.
Nobe has been brutal about it to use or leave alone.
A humble request to good man Nobe to consider an original Material rom too.
(I'm stressing because it's the only rom i heard consistently good things about)

I got 5.0.2 still on my harddisk and also pulled in 5.1 to start merging stuff in. Before adding anything dark into it I might just make one llight material out of it, but its going to be awhile.

Now this is the way this phone is supposed to work!

Nice job!

Why can't the rom read my sdcard?

It is good, TWRP file manager reads it fine.

Did the usual power off, remove sdcard, reboot, power off, install sdcard, reboot.

Root Explorer sees it at /storage/sdcard1, but shows 0 bytes. Perms rwx------

Tried changing to rwxrwxrwx (same as sdcard0) - no go.

Mount SD card under Settings>Storage does nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Doug B.

Look at the quick menu that comes up when you tap a volume key it is there.  It works a bit differently, Read up on interuptions. Welcome to Lolipop.

Update on SD card issue:

ROM reads 32GB cards, but not 64GB card.

Anyone out there using a 64GB sdcard on this?

Thanks.

I'm using 128 GB card without problems. Check file system on the card or format with the phone. Make backup first!

Android reports mine as vfat. I've formatted it with the phone because didn't recognise it with default fs.

Thanks. I'll save it off to pc, and format it in phone. I don't see anything in this ROM that will format it though. Might try the "repair filesystem" function in TWRP.

If you can. Format it using a disk utilities manager on pc. fat32 should read fine

There is, under settings, storage. If I remember correctly, you have to unmount first. In your case maybe is not mounted anyway, so just format, erase, whatever.

Reformattted SDcard to FAT via TWRP.

All is good again.

Thanks Z & Nobe!

This is the first ROM that I can say has made this phone feel snappy in the two years I've had it.
