It says 307 now but it also says under install and unistall its says SAFE SYSTEM NOT ACTIVE is that a problem?

If it says recovery state installed you're good to go

Cool hope there is room on the couch for me....Since i learned how to root and do a rom ive been hooked for some reason.Only problem is i dont know jack.I need to learn about govenors one day too.is there a app for this forum so i can get off the browser?

Ok your dual booting utility worked awesome. I am up running the hashcode JB rom with SS. My only question is if I want to fastboot back to .211 with Matt's utility do I have to re-run the dual boot utility back to .211 (ICS) or will fastbooting take care of the kernel?

My assumption is Matt's utility will put is back to stock ota ready overwriting the dual boot's utlity changes.

The utility will take you back to stock .211... the only way it won't is if you have actually taken the JB update.... which if you are running this, you obviously have not taken it LOL

If it is unzipped correctly it should create a folder with the same name as the zip ...

I was previous on Arctic HD which worked great for the last 6 months, but wanted to try out Jelly Bean. So I fastbooted back to stock with Matt's Utility 1.82. Then rooted, installed safestrap v 3.07. I installed the Hashcode rom into one of the slots rebooted into AP fastboot mode (holding all three buttons) then used the dual boot utility to swap the kernels to the Jelly Bean one then rebooted the phone and everything worked.

I picked the one that was mostly stock just so I can see how that is to be able to compare to a future custom rom(s) once the talented developers get the bugs worked out. I can say I forgot how much bloat there was.
