I'd say I've had literally the exact opposite experience; I loathe the stock browser. It isn't "slow" per se, but Chrome has it beat for sure. I haven't actually done comparisons of page load times or anything though.

I was wondering why Chrome wasn't baked in...Screw the haters BC; Chrome > All

Biggest reason being syncing of my tabs/bookmarks across all my devices. B)

Made the jump from ICS Flick and loving it.

One thing I miss is the "Sleep" option in the power button menu. Any chance of bringing it back? Or is there a do-it-yourself workaround suitable for noobs?

Before Chrome, I would search for a new browser about every month or so. After Chrome, I haven't looked for a new browser yet. It is fast, in sync, and a straight forward interface. Wait a minute......Byte can you black out Chrome???

Flashed 2.0 and let it sit longer than normal after first reboot (like 30 min). Came back and set phone up with no issues.
