It updates you from ics to jb. In other words it replaces ics. Being that you are on an Asia retail I'm not sure if the leak will work or not.

Also that Rom is for Verizon CDMA. I am not sure you can get it to function on your GSM phone. I would contact the Dev or post on that XDA forum for more info and if it is possible for you to flash

It's a lil bit tricky, but it's possible.

First you have to use Boot Menu Manager 0.3.4 (Play Store)

Put the JB Kernel (CDMA) on your SD (If you use an Folder, make sure it doesn't contain an Space! > Kernel_JB or similar)

After you've installed BMM boot into Recovery

Firmware Flashing > Backup CID

That's important! Keep the backup on an save place, because it's unique! You can't restore an CID of an different Device!

After you have your CID backed up, hit erase CID. When you have done that you're able to flash an cdma Kernel on your GSM RazR > Firmware Flashing > install boot.img > install the JB Kernel

After that wipe data/cache/dalvik/system

Flash the Rom and after that the GSM Patch. You need it to get data on an cdma Rom in an GSM Network

Reboot > Profit

Just some Roms we already can confirm working on an XT910.

But read everything you could find about the CID (Customer ID) and BootMenu before you start to mess around!

BTW: GSM Users are the baddest Crackflashers

Just a lil write up about the CID and Firmware Flashing straight out of the Recovery.

It's German, but you get an idea how complex this stuff can get.

We got an GSM EU JB Leak now. So wait until I get my Hands on it. I'll upload the Kernel, if I keep Root. Maybe we (you) can Dualboot between GSM ICS & JB without erasing your CID. We have to figure out if the CDMA Roms are working with the GSM JB Kernel.
