To clarify for anyone needing help its Reboot back to Recovery.

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

Matt downloading 1.90 but in case there is a quicker solution here's the situations:

was on jb xmas leak, rooted. Preped for ota JB
1. unfroze apps
2. via voodoo unrooted/rooted
3. left it rooted
4. took the ota JB, let it install
5 when phone booted up it says "unfortunately, the process: com.android.phone has stopped.
6 clicking okay restarts it, but it immediately fails and the voice says "loss of service, verizon wireless
7 rebooted, same thing
8 cleared cache various ways and rebooted several times, still the same error
Thanks for any help

I've followed all the steps in the utility for option #4 (JB leak to Official) and wiped cache over 5 times. I still get "assert failed: apply_patch_check ("/system/app/ChromeWithBrowser.apk", .......

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Youre not stock....probably need to apply the ICS_to_Leak file first to get back to stock, then make sure you still have root (or get root and protect if not) and then apply the Leak_to_JB file

Hi all,

questions.... I use Matt's utility 1.7 to update and root my phone; it work great. I did nothing else to my phone, no updates, no x-mas leak either. So, can I use the 1.9 utility to get JB and then root, or do I have to do anything else before?

thanks

Are you sure you havent had any updates? If your still ICS, then you probably need to use 1.82 to return to clean Stock ICS so you can move forward. From there, you probably would get the OTA, or you could update via sideload.

Thats a bit much, sounds like your hung there. When that happens to me I first sweat, because I know killing and restarting the app is my only option usually....havent killed a phone yet. :)

Nope just option 1 then load the update in recovery. Option 4 is just instructions

Use the 2nd file. The one from Xmas leak to OTA. Put it on your sd card before starting the utility
