If there is no 4.4.2 then yes you are correct, last build for you would be 6-21.There's no official 4.4.2 for xt925, does that mean that I won't be able to install the updates from now on? Or flashing the new custom recovery is enough?

Strange, I don't have this issue. Everything is working fine for me.I just had this happen on Gummy ROM. I narrowed it down to not recognizing my sim card after reboot, because if you watch the "signal" meter, it will flash a sim card, then go to 1X, then go to LTE then go back to the sim card. I reverted back to my GPE and was going to try to flash it again, or see if there is a fix floating around the internet.

Roms that work with the JB BL will not work with the KK BL. Will not get past the boot animationOne more question for me lol. After you upgrade to the new KitKat firmware is it possible to flash other Roms that still use the jb boot loader? Or would it be incompatible?

I'll see if I can replicate it on KitStalk. I didn't restart the phone and restore a Titanium Backup of my apps, and then restarted it and it was having the SIM problem, so it could be a Titanium issue. But I will confirm and let you know.

That's about all I restored as well, no system apps. I did also restore contacts because they got mixed with being on VZW Backup and Google, and I can't seem to get the VZW ones to sync on Google.

So, I believe I'm not the only one, but can I verify that there are issues with music playback with the newest on the new bootloader? Neither Apollo nor Play Music nor Pandora work for me. Any fixes?

Viper audio is built in. I use JetAudio with no issues, and Viper audio not enabled. Haven't tried Pandora yet.

Just add all your vzw contacts to Google and sync, then you don't have to worry about backing them up. I never backup contacts, just login and there they are.That's about all I restored as well, no system apps. My vote is for KitKat. That has to be the future of this device, with all the newly unlocked bootloaders.
Not to mention, I don't know one person that has downgraded from KitKat to Jellybean and been able to flash a custom ROM with a 9.20.1 or 9.30.1 base. Hell I haven't even heard of one. If I'm wrong I'd like to know.

I vote JB because I'm a crack flasher and it's fun to test other Roms. This is my daily but I don't want my phone more unstable. Makes sense to wait until it's more popular and stable...
