I hated it at first. Now that I've messed with it more - it's growing on me. I wish they gave you more freedom to modify tile sizes for all applications. That's my biggest complaint.

Downloaded and flashed twice. Still lose status bar maybe phone don't like the tweaks

I have the exact same issue. Multiple installs. Wiped everything. Still no statusbar. Any ideas?

To the crackflashers who flashed this rom and didn't lose status bar, can ya all tell us how you flashed. Cuz I flashed like six times and still lost my status bar

Same here. i have tried all the downloads and still loose the status bar..... The rom is fast, and i want it now!

I've seen a ROM that require you to install from sd card-ext. Maybe that may have something to do about it?

I had the status bar at boot. To tell you honestly I installed it right over the top of SimplexRom 1.2. No wipes..at all. Just booted up..went in to safestrap and loaded the zip. I was digging the rom but there were some niggles..no toggles for one. The dev did a good job with it..I just prefer the options with SimpleXRom. Maybe as the ROM evolves some more options will be included. I also missed the Beats audio and did not see any options for DSP manager either. It is an awesome start though for a 1.0 version.

I wonder what the deal is with this... I'll download from both and see if I lose the status bar. And if I don't I will add my install instructions to the OP. If I do lose my status bar, I'll reupload both mirrors from a version I KNOW is good to flash.
BTW the mirror is not a Gapps package, when I click on the link I get
"Flick1.0 238.5 MB"

When I click download I get about 20 minutes.

I lost my status bar, next version incoming.
I think maybe something happened to it when I performed a file operation on my computer, this next version should be even smoother if anybody cares, added even more tweaks and tweaked the bit rate for higher video recording quality.

I got it while it worked. It was very smooth for a first release. Great job on the ROM. I hope the next release is even better..with toggles (fingers crossed).

The new build will have all the kernel modules, with more CPU Governor tweaks, better video recording quality, Beats Audio, and some tweak fixes that seemed to go unnoticed by most. I'll try to get some pulldown toggles, I want them too. If there aren't any bugs I hope that some time can be spent on this next build so I can get all the really good stuff in.

I am sure we all appreciate the hard work (I know I do). I wish you the best of luck..the list of add ons sounds great. I don't think the tweaks went unnoticed. It is fast! I hope it stays that way as more is added.

Alright, download worked! Took about 5 min to download. This rom by far is the best stock rom i ever run on my phone. I didnt know all these tweaks could make my phone run this fast. Great job. Cant wait for the new updates, keep us posted.
