Touche. I just tried updating Google Maps using the Play Store to see if it was just you having the issue. But I got the error "Package file was not signed correctly. Uninstall the previous copy of the app and try again."

On another note: like he said as well, aside from that and the bugs you're working out (the lockscreen buttons), everything is running smoothly. :) Thank you very much for this ROM.!

Yes, I'll have to work on a fix for that too. That happens because when you modify system files too much things stop working and you need to "sign" it to have Android accept the apps. I'll be working on it, expect new version with both bugs fixed anywhere from 2 days to a week.

Take your time, there's no rush. I read that you were just about to start school, I started this week and I understand that it can be hectic the first few weeks until you have everything settled. But even then it can still be hard with all the homework/studying/etc.

Real common in Blur-based ROMs, for some reason.

Just wondered if this needed to be installed with safe strap, or can bootstrap be used? Read through the threads, and didn't see it specified anywhere.

Update coming today, I've had 6 attempts at that framework-res.apk, it will be coming unthemed. The stock launcher will be replaced with Apex, and the over clock option will be an additional flashable zip. Along with some more tweaks to make this ROM even better. I might add in Gmail and take out some apps also. Toggles, huh, I hope so.

So the Gmail app isn't included in this rom? Will it still work if I download it from the play store?

Yes, it would work just fine, it will be included in the next version though. Coming in a few hours.

Update: Working on getting apps to update, then I have to test it out. :)

Do we need to wipe data for the new update or wipe cache is enough

For the new update, wipe nothing, as my updater script wipes cache and dalvik.

Update: Testing new update right now

Anyone else having issues with flash player? Doesn't seem to be listed on the market plus when I use titanium to restore it, it doesn't work. I guess it back to bloated Motoblur-6.16.215-deodexed :( Until.
