Love the update. Lost root, the apocalypse.
I edited it to allow for multiple choice.

Hopefully, when the "official" OTA comes out, even more improvements will have happened, but probably not.
Still, eagerly awaiting the official OTA, but I'll probably hold off until you can root it AND there is a fastboot image for it. Gotta have that fastboot in case I really hose things up.

I find the update to make the phone feel very snappy, no lag on pressing buttons.

I'm really tempted to take the dive, especially to see how Blur and the Verizon apps (NFL Mobile and Music ID) I actually use have evolved (so I can immediately skin it with Nova launcher ). But I still want to make an honest woman out of my phone, and do the OTA route versus a shotgun wedding backdoor download.

For those that have upgraded, how many have actually taken the OTA versus the download? I'm trying to see what geographic regions are getting the rollout.

originally I got the OTA notification and the eventual download failed message. then I did the manual download, and kept root. as far as blur goes, I used it for a bit only till I redownloaded all my apps again and put ADW back as my launcher.
my honest opinion, do the backdoor wedding cause we know one of the devs, mainly matty will come up with a way to get us back on ota track again.

Can I get some help on dining the update.I'm on a xt912... Rooted with a stock and full throttle aopk4.1.2 job ROM.I'm on 214 not 211 on the stock ROM.I would loved to have the update but it seems really hard t poo go back to 212 before update.I've been lucky so far that I didnt kill the phone during rooting or installing the full throttle. I really want to stay rooted if possible.... There could be payment for the expert that helps me do this and does it correctly
Follow these instructions and you'll be fine:
