I've been checking it (this forum) every hour. Dreamed of this day since my droid x. Now i have a Razr m that is possibly getting unlocked today!

There's already an official bootloader unlocking procedure for all the devices mentionned in your document (Atrix HD, Razr M and RAZR HD), except for the MAXX HD: https://motorola-glo...tail/a_id/87215

I used it to unlock my Razr HD bootloader and root my device: https://plus.google....sts/KV8zRJRrQfF


This is for the DROID Razr HD, not The Razr HD. There's a difference. The main one being these are CDMA capable devices.

I, for one, am looking forward to:

alternative CPU governors and schedulers
overlocking/underclocking/freq control
CM and AOKP *official* nightlies (love the volume rocker to wake/seek options!)
more and more developers (including myself) pitching in
flashable root
unbrickability (practically)
faster boot times

+1 people need to do some research before posting questions that have been answered many many times. I guess I see how this can happen, there are so many different ways to root, and with so many phones and models out its hard to keep track of everything going on. But still there is no excuse here lol.

Still can't believe we are waiting for the unlock info, I actually woke up this morning thinking it was one of those 'I wish' dreams. :wub: Had to double check haha
