I have loved the ICS frenzy.
It has been one helluva ride since the first leak, the debacle of the non-fastbootable 84 [and the immediate need to fastboot back to GB, that soft-bricked them], to the leak jumping, to the naysayers who can't believe that the 211 that many of us have been running will be the OTA.

Can I uninstall Safe Strap without fastbooting? Other than root and Safe Strap, I am stock...

Can I uninstall Safe Strap without fastbooting?
Yes. Make sure you're back on your stock ROM (where the Safestrap app is installed [Safe system NOT active]), start the app, uninstall recovery, then uninstall the app. That's it.

the 211 leak size is smailer than the file on the verizon site did any one get the ota my stock phone no update check it about a hour ago your device is up to date

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but the leak you guys are running, did that also turn the phone into a global phone like the OTA is suppose to do?
