So I am having an ongoing bet with a friend that is an Apple Fanboy. As I am a Google Boy, I ask for your input in our friendly little wager.
We are going to challenge what Android phones have that the iPhone does not have. FEATURES and not APPS. BEGIN!
So far we have-

What Android has that iPhone doesn't.
-thinnest phone
-water repellent coating
-fully working integrated map application and navigation
-Smart Actions
-Widgets (re size-able)
-Removable Battery
-External Storage
-Kernel Tweaking
-CPU over clock, under clock and undervolt capabilities
-activate without USB
-Swap
-Voice and Data at the same time. Dual Channels.
-Webtop
-replacement home launchers
-call recording
-True multitasking
-Quad cores
-2gb memory
-fully working face unlock feature.
-Hotspotting.
-softkeys
-Beats Audio
-bigger screens
-integrated hard-keyboards
-abd capability
-integrated Flash capabilities
-mini-HDMI output

A level of transparency in how your information is used.

Security (SSL and VPN exploits are still a joke in iOS6, lack of UDID, list goes on for a long time)

Variety of devices to choose from.

Customization.

I'll tell you what I'm beginning to get sick of seeing is the SAME DAMN iPhone UI. It NEVER changes. Give that thing a refresh. It's so dated.

To be fair and objective, many of the items listed in the OP are no longer true. For example, activation without USB has been in place since the 4S. My jailbroken iPhone can have all kinds of themes, and tons of system tweaks... overclocked, wireless tethering, and all that crap. I carry a Maxx, an iPhone 5, and a Razr M (replaced the piece of junk GNex I had) in my laptop case at all times. I use all of them, I like them all. Funny thing is the home launchers on all of them look like a Windows phone.

A couple of features the iOS (jail broken) does have :
Over clock
Hotspots
Custom Launchers
Root access via SSH (debug bridge)
And a few more I forget

Although I don't dismiss that it is overall much inferior to Android when it comes to User prefs and modification.

I am not a fan boy for either side but I do enjoy a dumbfone to do my simpler tasks while I can develop a new platform for the other at will.

My lingo will be off but better app "communication". You can share a webpage from your browser to any app installed on your phone, rather than the 6 or so that Apple limited you to. And that's across the board with any app sharing to any app.

How about choice. If I want my music I don't have to get it from one source (itunes).

Access to our storage filing system and drag and drop capabilities while attached to computer.

Also. I can download a document on the go. Like word, excel, etc, modify it, and send it as an email attachment.

Iphone can only email pics.

1.The ability to download custom roms.
2. Backup and restore roms using recovery.
3. Simply setting a mp3 as a ringtone, notification or alarm without iTunes.
4. Downloading torrents without a pc.
5. Ability to download multiple video formats and play them.
6. App backup and restore, freeze system apps (titanium backup). Sms, mms, and contact backup/restore.
7. Installation of non-market apps. Even when jailbroken you can't install apps within local file system or sd-card.
8. Access to complete file system, organize, and even hide files. Zip/unzip files.
9. Android System is more open like a PC. Free to do as you will. Verses Apples locked down system that is more like a glorified Wii.

10. Overall- Options vs. Restrictions.

You probably haven't used a Jailbroken iPhone ,not to the fullest it seems. I'll leave it at that! ðŸ˜

Like you wrote earlier, I'm not a fan boy of either platform. I like both, and also enjoy the unique features that Windows phones offer. I try to stay away from these types of biased, uninformed conversations. With a jailbroken iPhone and the hundreds of cydia repositories available, there isn't much the iPhone can't do. I'll also leave it at that.

FWIW, the posters in iPhone forums mock Droid users a hundred times worse, and I defend Android over there too.
